1.5. Adjustment of a tension of a poliklinovy belt

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Check a condition of a poliklinovy belt and its arrangement on pulleys.
  1. Check a belt tension, having pressured him by effort 100 N in the place located on identical removal from pulleys and measure a belt deflection.
  1. Check correctness of an arrangement of edges of a poliklinovy belt in flutes of pulleys.
  2. If during the work poliklinovy the belt publishes extraneous noise, check a belt for lack of wear and damages, and also working surfaces of pulleys.
  1. The tension of a belt has to be measured precisely on the center between pulleys.
  2. When the new belt is established, regulate a tension to the average value given in the column "New". The belt which worked on the engine more than 5 min. is considered the belt which was in the use and its tension needs to be regulated to the average value given in the column "Being in the Use".
  3. At adjustment of a tension of the belt which was in the use or the belt which worked on the engine more than 5 min. it is necessary to regulate its tension to the average value given in the column "Being in the Use".
  4. At periodic surveys it is necessary to be guided by the column "Check".

Measurement of a tension special device of A type

At measurement of a tension of a poliklinovy belt the device should not concern other elements of the engine.

Measurement of a tension special device of V type

  1. At measurement be convinced that turned the button of repeated installation in the direction of an arrow to establish an arrow of the device in an initial state.
  2. After removal of the device from a belt of the shooter of the device will still specify a belt tension.
