3. Lubrication system
Specifications
The lubrication system consists of the oil pallet, the oil pump, an oil filter and various channels.
The oil pump is put in action from a bent shaft. The valve in the oil pump supports by Perepuskna pressure in the engine lubrication system at the certain level, At its excess the valve opens perepuskny and a part of oil flows down back in the oil pallet.
In the filter there is perepuskny a valve via which in case of strong pollution of the filter the crude oil comes to the oil highway at once. The oil purified by an oil filter comes to the trunk oil main.
Further the stream of oil is divided into two streams. One stream of oil moves to radical bearings of a bent shaft, and via the drilled channels greases also conrod bearings. For cooling of pistons oil through sprays is sprayed on the lower part of pistons.
The second stream of oil on channels moves to a head of the block of cylinders for lubricant of bearings of camshafts and in hydraulic pushers.
After passing through a head and the block of cylinders, oil flows down in the oil pallet.
