Removal

Main muffler

Before removal or survey of elements of system of production of the fulfilled gases be convinced that it cooled down enough.


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Disconnect the muffler from the central pipe.
  1. Remove rubber suspension brackets and the main muffler from the car.

Central muffler

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Separate the central muffler from a reception exhaust pipe and the main muffler.
  1. Remove rubber suspension brackets and the central muffler from the car.

Reception exhaust pipe

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Separate a reception exhaust pipe from catalytic converter or a final collector.
  2. Turn out forward tightening a bolt of an exhaust pipe and a nut of fastening of the central muffler.

Check

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Check mufflers and pipes for lack of corrosion and damages.
  1. Check rubber suspension brackets for lack of aging and cracks.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Temporarily establish assembly of a reception exhaust pipe, the central and back mufflers.
  2. Reliably delay all connections of elements of system of production of the fulfilled gases. Moving the exhaust system of the car to the parties, check that it did not concern a car body. Otherwise replace rubber suspension brackets of the exhaust system.
