11:18. Adjustment of preliminary loading of differential (F4A42)

Place solder (about 10 mm 3 mm long in the diameter) on a hydrotransformer casing as shown in the drawing.

Establish a hydrotransformer casing to a transmission case, without using sealant. Tighten bolts the inhaling moment recommended by the specification. Turn out bolts and remove solder.

Use a micrometer for measurement of thickness (T) of the compressed solder. Choose laying which thickness is in limits of the calculated value. Standard thickness: from (T of 0,045 mm) to (T of 0,105 mm).
