5.1.2. Search and elimination of malfunctions

By search of malfunctions of the engine begin with check of working capacity and survey of the main systems. If operation of the engine, unstable frequency of rotation of a bent shaft idling or insufficient acceleration is broken, check the following main systems:

    • Battery
    • The burned-through crossing point
    • Fuse
  1. Connections with "weight"
  2. Fuel supply

    • Fuel filter
    • Fuel pump
  1. System of ignition

    • High-voltage wires
    • Ignition coil
  1. System of decrease in toxicity of the fulfilled gases

Malfunctions of the MFI system are often caused by bad contacts in sockets of a plait of wires. Therefore check reliability of connection of all sockets.
