15.6. Brake pedal
Removal
|
|
- Remove the switch of stoplights.
|
|
- Remove the forelock and remove a pin with a head and an opening under the forelock.
|
- Turn off nuts with a fillet of fastening of an arm of a pedal of a brake.
- Remove brake pedal knot.
|
|
Check
|
|
- Check the plug for lack of wear.
- Check a brake pedal for lack of curvatures.
- Check a spring of return of a pedal of a brake for absence of damage.
|
|
- Check the switch of stoplights
1) The ohmmeter connected to plugs of the switch of stoplights check its conductivity.
2) When pressing a plunger conductivity has to be absent and appear at release of a plunger.

|
Installation
Installation is carried out to the sequences, the return to removal.
|
|
Make sure that installed the forelock on a pin with a head and an opening under the forelock of draft of a pedal of a brake.
|
|
|
|
|
- Establish knot of a pedal of a brake and fix by nuts with a fillet and a bolt. Inhaling moment: 13–16 N • m.
|
- Check and, if necessary, adjust height of installation of a pedal and a free wheeling of a pedal of a brake.
- Install the switch of stoplights.
