13.8. Back stabilizer of cross stability

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove draft of the stabilizer of cross stability.
  1. Turn out bolts and remove arms of fastening of the back stabilizer of cross stability.
  1. Remove the stabilizer of cross stability.

Check

Check torque which needs to be put for a provorachivaniye of a pin of the spherical hinge of draft of the stabilizer.


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. If there are cracks in a protective cover, replace it and add lubricant to the hinge.
  2. Several times shake here and there a pin of the spherical hinge of draft of the stabilizer.
  3. Screw on a pin of the spherical hinge самоконтрящуюся a nut and measure torque. A dynamometer key turn for самоконтрящуюся a nut a pin of the spherical hinge and on the fifth turn measure torque which needs to be put for a provorachivaniye of a pin of the spherical hinge. Torque: 1,7–3,2 N • m.
  4. If the torque exceeds admissible values, replace draft of the stabilizer.
  5. If the torque is much lower than admissible value, the spherical hinge can be reused if it is not got jammed and has no excessive side play.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Install the plug on the stabilizer of cross stability.

Combine the plug with a tag the applied white paint on the stabilizer of cross stability.

  1. Level an arm in relation to the plug. Make sure that the arm reliably covers the plug of the stabilizer of cross stability.
  1. Tighten threaded connections the required moment.

Inhaling moment

Arm of the back stabilizer of cross stability: 17–26 N • m
Draft of the back stabilizer of cross stability: 35–45 N • m
