13.6. Cross levers of a back suspension bracket

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove a back wheel.
  1. Disconnect draft of the stabilizer of cross stability.
  1. Turn out bolts and remove the longitudinal lever of a back suspension bracket.
  1. Turn out a bolt of fastening of cross levers of a back suspension bracket to a nave support.
  1. Support a back beam by a jack and turn out bolts of fastening of a beam to a body.
  2. Remove a back beam and levers.

Dismantling

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Install special tools 09545-28100 and 09545-25000 on the cross lever of a back suspension bracket.
  1. Squeeze out the plug from the cross lever of a back suspension bracket.

Check

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Check the plug for lack of wear and deterioration in a state.
  2. Check levers for lack of a bend or damage.
  3. Check a condition of all bolts.

Assembly

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Grease with soap solution the plug and an installation site of the plug on the lever.
  2. The special tool 09552-25000 press the plug in the lever.

Installation

Installation is carried out to the sequences, the return to removal.

Tighten all threaded connections the required moments.

Inhaling moment:

* Bolts of fastening of the longitudinal lever of a back suspension bracket: 100–120 N • m
Bolts of fastening of an arm of the longitudinal lever of a back suspension bracket: 40–50 N • m
Bolts of fastening of an arm of the stabilizer of cross stability: 17–26 N • m
Drafts of the stabilizer of cross stability: 35–45 N • m
* Nut of fastening forward / back cross levers of a back suspension bracket: 130–150 N • m
Bolts of fastening of a back beam: 100–120 N • m

* Threaded connections which need to be tightened the required moment only after installation of the car on wheels are noted.
