Merge cooling liquid to the level located below the sensor.
Disconnect a wire from the negative plug of the rechargeable battery and I will corrode from the sensor.
Remove the sensor of temperature of cooling liquid.
Check
PERFORMANCE ORDER
Heat the sensor of temperature of cooling liquid, immersing it in hot cooling liquid.
Measure sensor resistance. Resistance: 2,31 – 2,59 Ohms at a temperature of 20 °C.
Installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER
Apply sealant on a carving of the sensor of temperature of cooling liquid and screw the sensor, having tightened it the required moment. Sealant: Threebond No. 1324N or LOCTITE 262 inhaling Moment: 20–40 N • m.
Connect the electric socket to the sensor.
Connect a wire to the negative plug of the rechargeable battery.
Fill in necessary amount of the required cooling liquid in the cooling system.
