16.8. Roof hatch
Removal
|
|
- Before removal of the hatch remove the following elements:
– a lamp from the top console;
– sun-protection peaks and internal rear-view mirror;
– upholstery of a forward rack.
|
|
- Remove the decorative panel and the glass panel of the hatch. Inhaling moment: 4–6 N • m.
|
|
|
- Disconnect a drainage hose.
|
|
|
- Turn out bolts and nuts and remove the hatch assembled.
Inhaling moment:
Assembly bolts of the hatch: 7–11 N • m
Assembly nuts of the hatch: 4–6 N • m
|
|
|
|
|
At removal of the hatch assembled be careful not to damage adjacent elements of the car. |
Dismantling
|
|
|
|
- Remove a sun-protection blind.
|
- Remove the drive block with the electric motor.
|
|
|
|
|
|
At removal of the engine the knot of the ram has to be in completely closed position. If there is a discrepancy between the glass panel and a ring of the engine in completely closed position, the hatch will not function privilno. |
|
Installation
Installation is carried out to the sequences, the return to removal.
|
|
|
|
Check that trailer switches of the engine (LS1 and LS2) are completely closed. Establish the center of the directing roller and a ram tag in completely closed position. |
|
Check of functioning after installation
If the hatch moves slowly, execute the following adjustments and checks.
|
|
- Make sure that the rechargeable battery is completely charged.
- Make sure that in knot of the ram there are no abrasive materials.
- Make sure that when opening the glass panel of the hatch, a back part of the panel does not cling to the roof panel. In the presence of a gap, completely open the glass panel and move a stopper.
|
|
If the stopper is advanced too far, it can lead to failures in work and leaks. Make sure that a gap between the glass panel and the panel of a roof no more than 0,3 mm. |
|
|
- Measure effort of the block of the drive of the hatch and, rotating a nut of adjustment of torque on the drive block, adjust it to 15–25 kg.
|
|
|
- After adjustment be convinced that blocked a nut a washer with a clamp.
|
|
|
Adjustment
|
|
Adjust height of installation of the glass panel of the hatch in relation to the roof panel.
Forward party: 0 (0, –1,0) mm
Back party: 0 (1, 0) mm
|
If height of installation of the glass panel of the hatch in relation to the panel of a roof does not correspond to demanded, adjust it as follows.
|
|
|
|
- Weaken forward and back screws. Adjust height of installation of the glass panel of the hatch in relation to the roof panel.
|
|
|
- Weaken nuts of fastening of the glass panel and adjust a gap between the glass panel and the panel of a roof.
