16.5. Forward door
Removal and installation

|
|
- Turn out the screw of fastening of the internal handle and remove it from a door upholstery.
|
|
|
- Turn out screws of fastening of an upholstery of a door.
|
|
|
- Insert a door upholstery stripper between an upholstery of a door and a door and release percussion caps. Disconnect electric sockets.
|
|
|
- Remove the loudspeaker and a moisture protective film from a forward door.
|
|
|
- Lower door glass down and turn out glass fastening screws.
|
|
|
- Remove glass from a forward door.
|
|
|
- Remove a door glass guide.
|
|
|
- Remove the back channel from a door.
|
|
|
- Turn out bolts of fastening of the external handle of a door, the lock and the drive of the lock. Disconnect sockets from the control unit of a forward door.
|
|
|
- Remove the control unit from a forward door.
|
|
|
- Remove an external rear-view mirror.
|
|
|
Installation is carried out to the sequences, the return to removal. At installation of a moisture protective film openings for door upholstery fasteners should not be closed.
Adjustment of provision of a door
Check that the door is closed easily and properly. If the door has a side play, tighten bolts of fastening of hinges of a door.

Attach a protective tape to the wing sides located opposite to a door loop. |
|
Shock plate of a door
Check that the door is closed easily and properly. If necessary adjust a door as follows.
|
|
- If the lock of a door is put on a shock plate hardly, turn out screws of fastening of a shock plate and, moving it in the horizontal and vertical planes, achieve normal closing of a door.
|
|
- You carry out adjustment of provision of a door of rather adjacent surfaces by movement of a shock plate in the vertical plane.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
For check of smoothness of landing of a shock plate pull the external handle of a door outside and in this situation press a door in the provision of its closing. |
