- Before connection of the valve to a container, turn the handle against the stop counterclockwise.
- Turn the handle counterclockwise while it does not reach the highest position.
- Connect the central hose with the valve union. Turn the handle against the stop clockwise.
- Rotate the handle clockwise to punch an opening in a tight cover in the top part of a cylinder.
- Turn the handle against the stop counterclockwise to fill the central hose with air. Do not open valves of high and low pressure.
- Weaken the nuts of the central hose connected to the manometer union.

- Let out the air within several seconds and tighten a nut
