17:15. Plug of coupling and pulley of the compressor of the conditioner

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Turn out a bolt of fastening of the plug of coupling, at the same time a special key 09977–34000 hold the plug from a provorachivaniye. Remove the plug of coupling and laying from a compressor shaft. If the plug is not removed, screw a bolt on M8 in an opening of a shaft of the plug and for a bolt remove the plug. Remove a lock ring. Remove a pulley and the bearing from a compressor shaft.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Clear the working surface of the bearing of a pulley of the compressor and remove traces of dirt and corrosion. Establish a pulley and the bearing on a compressor shaft. Establish a lock ring by the slanted party directed outside. Arrange one laying of the expansion plug of nominal thickness in a flute of the plug and install the plug on a compressor shaft. Install the new plug and fix it by a bolt, having tightened it the required moment. Inhaling moment: 11–14 N • m.

Do not use pneumatic tools.
