Give additional wires tension from the rechargeable battery to contacts and the fan engine socket. If the engine of the fan rotates, so it is serviceable.


Consistently include operating modes of the AUTO= fan> LOW=> HIGH=> AUTO and measure tension on contacts 1 and 2 sockets.
