6.7. System of production of the fulfilled gases of cars with catalytic converter

For reduction of emissions with the fulfilled gases of harmful substances (CO, HC, NOx) the control system of the engine is modified with addition of special elements. Changes concerned the combustion chamber, an inlet collector, the camshaft and system of ignition which form the main control system.
Additional control units include system of repeated combustion of the fulfilled gases (EGR) and catalytic converter.
These systems were united in effective system which operates reduction of toxicity of the fulfilled gases at maintenance of a good general characteristic of controllability of the car and economy of fuel.
