6.2. Valve of ventilation of a case

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Disconnect a hose from the valve of ventilation of a case. Remove the valve from a cover of a head of cylinders and connect it to a hose of ventilation of a case.
Launch the engine at an idling frequency, a finger close an opening of the valve and be convinced that the depression created in an inlet collector is felt.

The plunger of the valve of ventilation of a case will not move back and forth.

If depression is not felt, clear the valve and a hose of ventilation of a case or replace them.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER

For check of movement of a plunger insert a thin steel core from a carving part of the valve.
. If the plunger does not move, so the valve is littered and, it needs to be cleared or replaced.

Installation

Install the valve of ventilation of a case and tighten it the required moment. Inhaling moment: 8–12 N • m.
