2.18. System of production of the fulfilled gases
Removal
Main muffler
|
|
Before removal or survey of elements of system of production of the fulfilled gases be convinced that it cooled down enough. |
|
|
|
|
- Disconnect the main muffler from the central pipe.
|
|
|
- Remove rubber suspension brackets and the main muffler from the car.
|
|
|
Reception exhaust pipe (including catalytic converter)
|
|
|
- Separate a reception exhaust pipe from the central pipe.
|
- Turn out bolts of fastening of a reception exhaust pipe and a nut of fastening of a final collector.
- Remove a reception exhaust pipe from rubber suspension brackets.
|
|
Check
|
|
- Check mufflers and pipes for lack of corrosion and damages.
- Check rubber suspension brackets for lack of aging and cracks.
|
|
Installation
|
|
- Temporarily establish assembly of a reception exhaust pipe, the central and back mufflers.
- Reliably delay all connections of elements of system of production of the fulfilled gases. Moving the exhaust system of the car to the parties, check that it did not concern a car body.
