11:11. Check of pressure of transmission liquid (A4AF3)



 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Launch the engine before warming up of the transmission.
  2. Lift the forward party of the car so that driving wheels could rotate freely.
  3. Connect a tachometer and arrange so that it was well visible.
  4. Connect the special manometer 09452-21500 with an adapter 09452–21002 to each union of check of pressure. For check of the return pressure it is necessary to use the manometer with a limit of measurement of 3 000 kPa.
  5. Measure pressure of transmission liquid at various provisions of the lever of the selector and frequency of rotation of a bent shaft of the engine. If pressure does not correspond to the required values, check and repair transmission elements.

"Pressure in the pipeline" belong to the standard pressure of transmission liquid 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 specified in the table

1. The oil filter is polluted

4. There is a gap of the case of valves

5. The inappropriate pressure created by the oil pump

1. Visually examine an oil filter and, if necessary, replace it.

2. Check pressure in the pipeline by criterion of 2 (Kickdown):
– if pressure does not correspond to demanded, adjust pressure in the pipeline and, if necessary, replace the case of valves

3. Check functioning of the adjusting valve and, if necessary, replace the case of valves

4. Tighten bolts of fastening of the case of valves and an adjusting bolt

5. Check an axial gap of a gear wheel of the oil pump and, if necessary, replace the oil pump

Inappropriate reduction of pressure

1. Inappropriate pressure in the pipeline

2. Filter contamination (L-shaped type)

3. Wrong adjustment of reduction of pressure

6. There is a gap of the case of valves

1. Check pressure by criterion 2:
– if pressure does not correspond demanded, see item 1

2. Disassemble the case of valves, check a condition of the filter and, if necessary, replace it

if pressure does not correspond to demanded, repair or replace the case of valves

4. Check functioning of the adjusting valve and, if necessary, replace the case of valves

5. Tighten bolts of fastening of the case of valves and an adjusting bolt

Inappropriate pressure of a brake of kickdown

1. The D-ring, a sealing ring, the plug or сервопоршень is damaged by kickdown

2. There is a gap of the case of valves

3. Functional failure of the case of valves

1. Remove сервопоршень kickdown and check a condition of a sealing ring and a D-ring. In the presence of scratches replace a D-ring or a sealing ring

2. Tighten bolts of fastening of the case of valves and an adjusting bolt

3. Replace the case of valves

Inappropriate pressure of forward coupling

1. The D-ring, the plug or сервопоршень is damaged by kickdown

2. There is a gap of the case of valves

3. The case of valves is damaged

4. Wear of the forward piston of coupling or clamp, damage of a D-ring

5. Laying of the oil pump or a sealing ring is damaged

1. Remove сервопоршень kickdown and check a condition of a sealing ring. In the presence of scratches replace a sealing ring or a D-ring

2. Tighten bolts of fastening of the case of valves and an adjusting bolt

3. Replace the case of valves

4. Disassemble the transmission and check wear of the piston of forward coupling, an internal circle of a clamp or damage of a D-ring. With wear and damages replace the corresponding elements

Inappropriate pressure of coupling of the main transfer

1. The D-ring, a sealing ring or a sealing ring of the pipeline is damaged

2. There is a gap of the case of valves

3. The case of valves is damaged

1. Investigate coupling of the main transfer and check a condition of a D-ring, a piston ring, a sealing ring of a clamp, etc. In the presence of scratches replace the corresponding elements

2. Tighten bolts of fastening of the case of valves and an adjusting bolt an adjusting bolt

3. Replace the case of valves

Low pressure of a brake of low transfers and transfer of a backing

1. Consolidation between the case of valves and the transmission is damaged

2. There is a gap of the case of valves

3. The case of valves is damaged

4. The sealing ring of a brake of low transfers and transfer of a backing or a sealing ring of a clamp is damaged

1. Remove the case of valves, check a condition of consolidation and, if necessary, replace it

2. Tighten bolts of fastening of the case of valves and an adjusting bolt

4. Disassemble the transmission, check a condition of a sealing ring and, if necessary, replace it

Inappropriate pressure of the hydrotransformer

1. Jamming of the distributor with the electromagnetic drive of management of coupling of the shock-absorber (DCCSV) or the valve of management of coupling of the shock-absorber

2. Contamination or leakage of the oil heater and/or lines
